Dear Meineke - My husband, daughter, and I would like you to know what an outstanding manager you have in Robert Steiskal. He has taken care of at least four of our cars over the years and has done an absolutely outstanding job every time we've brought one in for repair or service. Rob is pleasant, genial, conscientious, and honest. His knowlege and advice is always on target. He keeps our vehicles running right; more importantly, he keeps them running safely. If the repair needed is something his shop doesn't offer, he even knows the right place to recommend and he's always right! He always goes the extra mile - he even got the squeak out of my car door when I couldn't (without my asking!). I tell everybody I know to go to Rob and Meineke for car repairs. We are grateful for Meineke, who employs wonderful people like Rob, and we are blessed to have a man like Rob look after our vehicles. Thank you so much!!!!!

I just wanted to say that I have never had such an easy and friendly time having my car serviced. Pete De George was very helpful and I recommend the Middletown NJ Meineke to everyone I work with. Thanks Pete and thank you Meineke.

Matt and the guys at the Bluemound Rd. center in Milwaukee was extremely helpful in getting my car in order quickly and I was impressed by their professional and friendly attitude, I felt at ease elaving my car with them, and I will be back!

I had two down pipes made and two new mufflers installed. The job turned out better than I had expected and was pleased with the price. Thank you Meineke.

I am writting to say to Ryan Reddick and the staff of the Meineke in Columbia, MO a great big THANKS. I am a single women who is, well, who is ignorant when it comes to car maint. I needed some big work done on my car. All of my questions, no matter how stupid or trivial, were all handled appropriately; and I never felt talked down to like some mech. will. They completed all the work in less than 48 hours with out comprimising the quality of work. I will be recomending to all of my friends to come and have their repairs handled at Meineke with Ryan and his staff. Again thank you for treating me with the utmost respect and making sure that me and my car get the best care out there.

I took my Mom's car in because she had gotten a muffler there 2 years ago. There were some hangers that had broken so it was hanging down. I was fully expecting to have to pay for this service since I have always had to argue with any place I take a guarantee to. I was very surprised that the manager on duty (Steve Ochoa? I'm not sure of the gentleman's name) came in and told me he could do the work if I could wait, AT NO CHARGE! They were very busy, it was a Saturday, so I was prepared to wait quite a while. He was finished and I was on the road within the hour. I never hesitate to write a complaint letter when I'm dis-satisfied with service so I thought the least I could do is write a THANK YOU letter when I'm given good, honest service. Thank you!

I wanted to commend the staff, especially the manager James Bess, at Carrollton Meineke. While on an internship in Dallas, 1500 miles away from home, my exhaust system gave out. As a young woman who knows very little about cars and is on a very straight budget, I was nervous about going to a shop for fear of getting sold parts or services that weren’t necessary or were over expensive. Nonetheless, I had another eight weeks of work and the entire drive home, so I took my car to the Carrollton Meineke. The staff immediately took a look at my car, and then Mr. Bess showed me the problem -- the entire exhaust system was corroded and would have to be replaced. I had replaced it three years earlier (Cars don't last long in Rochester) and expected it to be pricey. Mr. Bess quoted me initial price, it was almost the same amount I had paid when my family mechanic replaced the system three years ago. The staff went to work and two hours later my car was ready to go. Mr. Bess was extremely courteous, reasonable, and personable.

Bob and Doug have been servicing my family's vehicles for many years. They are friendly, honest, straightforward, and trustworthy. I have recommended their shop to my friends and neighbors. They should receive Meineke's highest corporate service award. Many other customers would support this nomination.
