I wanted to say that doing business with David Parks (manager of the W. Valley City shop) was a pleasure. He was extremely courteous, respectful and I felt that I could trust him to provide quality service with more than fair prices. He even gave me a discount that I wasn't expecting. I will recommend Meineke to my friends and I look forward to doing business with Dave in the future.

I am a single woman and maintaining my car has always been a huge problem for me. I have to be careful that service providers don't try to take advantage of me because I don't know anything about cars.

I have been to plenty of "oil & lube" shops and it's always the same thing. Your car needs this and your car needs that. I always say no because I don't know if it really does or if they're just trying to tack on to my bill. I then have to take it to my mechanic to see if I really do have a problem.

For about 2 years I have been taking my cars to Meineke on West Evans Street in Florence, SC. They always change my oil, I pay my bill and I'm gone. Back in December I took my car in for the regular oil change. I was having a problem with my car running hot and the heater would not heat but I didn't say anything to them about it. I was going to take it to my mechanic. The mechanic (Tony Lucas) came out and said that I really needed a coolant flush. I thought to myself, "well, I may actually need it because I've been coming here for 2 years and they have never tried to push services on me before" so I told him to go ahead.

He changed my oil and flushed the coolant system. When I got back in my car my heat worked and my temperature gauge was back to normal!

I was so excited. If he had not known what he was doing and how to check things, I would have had to take my car to the mechanic for him to "try" 2 or 3 things it might be.

I am very pleased with the service I get at my Meineke and would recommend them to anyone. I am so thankful that Tony diagnosed and fixed a problem that I had not even told him about. He saved me a lot of trouble and money. He should be commended for doing his job and doing it well.

I am very happy with the honest and fair treatment I received from Paul and Chris. They provided me with great and timely service each time I went. They were very honest and informative which helped me make the appropriate decisions. I'm glad I have found a place to trust, and won't take advantage of me due to my inexperience with car repairs.

I'd like to express how impressed I was with your Rocky Point, N.Y. service manger Margaret Nicosia. She is absolutely AMAZING!!! She is so knowledgeable, she knows what she's talking about - she offers suggestions and alternatives. Aside from being "car wise", she is a pleasant, competent, take-charge person; because of these attributes, I have total trust in her and bring all my cars there. My husband says she knows more that most men. She is definitely an asset to your company. I wanted to let you know how lucky you are having a person like Margaret representing your company. I'm definitely a SATISFIED CUSTOMER. She deserves recognition for a job well done!!

I train customer service representatives, so I have learned to know the difference between good and not so good service. Today, what I thought was just an exhaust pipe broke on my vehicle on the way home. I drove straight to Meineke to get it replaced. It was 5:30 as I walked into the shop and they were shutting down for the evening. After some brief begging on my part, D.W. Simms stated that he would look at it and see if he had the parts to replace it, thinking that it would be a quick job.

Well, he did get it on the lift and found out that the whole system needed to be replaced. After some thought on his part, Mr. Simms decided to do the job and replace the system. Two hours later, it was finally done. I thanked him again for staying two hours late to get the job done. He stated that if it was anything else, he probably wouldn't have done it but he loved working on exhaust systems! He did an excellent job and showed me World Class customer service to boot! Come to find out, it was his youngest son's birthday! His dedication is something to be recognized. He asked me if I was coming back. I replied that if anything goes wrong on any part of my car, I will come directly to him. I stated that he has gained a customer for life and me and my whole family will be his customer. I wanted to say thank you to D.W. and a job well done!!!!

Kudos to David Smart and his staff at Meineke Car Center #21 located in Houston, Texas. This center not only exemplifies genuine honesty, but David Smart is an extremely kind and helpful individual. For years now, I have been trying to locate an honest mechanic, someone I can trust! It's so hard, especially, being a female to find someone that is truly genuine when it comes to car repair. But, lucky me, I need not look any further. The staff at Meineke Car Care Center #21 is my one stop shop for all of my car care needs. Thanks so much David for your honesty, integrity, and just for being a wonderful YOU! Keep up the great work. You've got a keeper in me. I wanted to express my thanks for all the guys at Meineke. They did a great job on my car when the breaks went on me, they did the work in a timely fashion and for that I am very greatful. My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Meineke for years now, and never had any problems. We only trust Meineke when it comes to our vehicles. Thanks you so much for excellent service.
